Eileen was a joy to work with. She sold our mom's condo in 1 day. I handled most of the logistics for my mom and Eileen went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. My mom had alot of anxiety with the decision to sell her condo. Eileen's kindness and compassion really helped with the transition of moving mom to Ohio to be closer to us. Eileen was referred to us by our neighbor. We had an unusual real estate request, as we were interested in a certain property that was not for sale (yet). She researched and followed through until she connected with the owner, who lived outside the U.S. Eileen was professional, persistent, and very responsive in a challenging situation. We highly recommend Eileen for your Real Estate. She was totally professional and an absolute joy to work with. We live 900 miles away, but Eileen worked hard and walked us through several homes & condo's around Sarasota while we watched on our tablets. The market was going crazy in 2021 at the time and it took a few weeks and several tries, but in the end she was able to get us the perfect townhouse at a great price.

Eileen was great. My house was on the market 1 day before we had interested buyers. It was only about 3 weeks in when we got a offer and closed on the house a month later. She was so helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. She looked out for my best interest and was very honest. I would highly recommend her.
